Instructions: before cooking at first time en every girondo´s piece you must fill it with water and exposed it to the fire of the burner, let it boil between five and ten minutes to remove the surplus of besswax or any dust it can contains. You should avoid thermal shocks: "tune" the temperature in every exposition to fire. it means put first the burner at minimun and rise the temperature progressively. When you remove the piece of the fire dont exposed it to cold surfaces.

hygiene: with sponge and detergent, in this way it isn´t need nothing else.


Maintenance: it´s importante avoid shocks. To regains brightness, glaze it with a bru sh.
